Building micro houses involves more than just making everything smaller. This course will look at the various factors that need to be considered when you are looking at constructing or repairing micro houses.
We will look at the advantages and disadvantages that micro houses have. This includes a much lower environmental impact and the lack of "standard" amenities.
We will cover the regulations that govern micro houses. This includes where they can be built and what it can be used for.
We will also cover the techniques for constructing micro houses and how these techniques differ from those used in constructing traditionally sized homes.
