This package is designed for contractors who hold both a residential and commercial license. It will satisfy the 29 hours of continuing education required by the Oregon CCB.
This package includes courses with instruction in the processes of drywall, painting, roof repair, and bricklaying.
More advanced topics include project management, sales and marketing, liens, job estimating, OSHA safety, business contracts, practices to limit liability, and employment law.
This class will also satisfy the requirements for the commercial contractors license. These classes will not only satisfy your CE requirements, but will also provide you with useful information that can increase your technical knowledge and raise your bottom line.
Students must still obtain 3 hours of CE on Business Laws & Regulations directly from the CCB.
